Step 1: Open the Content Removal Request form
Go to https://www.pornhub.com/content-removal. The same form is linked in the footer of every Pornhub page as Content Removal. It is public and does not require an account.
Step 2: Choose the right removal route
The form first asks whether your issue is related to copyright infringement. If you created the content or own the rights to it, answer yes and proceed as a DMCA claim. Type the filer's full name as the signature, yours, or your agent's if they submit for you, then send it and save the confirmation email.
Step 6: Follow up and de-index
