Step 1: File a DMCA notice directly with the site

Send a complete DMCA notice (the DMCA.ai notice generator produces one in a minute). Include the exact infringing URLs, proof of ownership, and your signature, but never your home address or personal email on sites like this; use an alias or an agent.

Step 2: Escalate to the infrastructure

gate.cc is fronted by Cloudflare, which hides the real hosting provider. File at abuse.cloudflare.com (category: DMCA / copyright infringement):

Cloudflare forwards your complaint to the origin hosting provider and site operator.
Cloudflare's response will disclose the actual host, then file a full DMCA notice with that host directly.
If the content is non-consensual intimate imagery, use Cloudflare's dedicated NCSEI/abuse category instead; it is handled with priority.

Also send your notice to the domain registrar (listed in whois gate.cc). Registrars rarely act on a single complaint, but rights-holder complaints accumulate and support later suspension.

Step 3: De-index from Google and Bing

This is the highest-leverage step, it removes the pages from the searches where victims are actually found. Rulta alone has already reported 28,356 URLs on this domain to Google, and Google demotes heavily-reported domains in ranking.

If material was shared without your consent, file in parallel under Google's non-consensual intimate imagery policy (support page), it is faster than the DMCA route and does not require copyright ownership.

Step 4: Monitor for re-uploads

Content on sites like this one reappears, same site, mirror domains, or successor TLDs. Search your name/stage name weekly, reverse-image-search representative frames, and keep your evidence file so you can re-file in minutes.
