Step 2: Escalate to the infrastructure

siteripz.cc is fronted by Cloudflare, which hides the real hosting provider. File at abuse.cloudflare.com (category: DMCA / copyright infringement):

Cloudflare forwards your complaint to the origin hosting provider and site operator.
Cloudflare's response will disclose the actual host, then file a full DMCA notice with that host directly.
